Sleeping on the Weekends

As a child, did you ever wake up early on Saturday morning and go to your parent's room to ... (insert your choice of: jump, climb, shout, scream, gently nudge) them in their bed? It seems like yesterday that I did that. WELL, this morning ... it happened to us! Both boys came into our room and climbed into bed with us and we spent some time talking - about last night (I had a party and got home after they went to bed), about today, our plans for the weekend, etc. After they had their "fix" Brian and I just looked at each other and almost simultaneously said, "When you were a kid, did you ever...?" and it dissolved into laughs.

What a great way to start the day!

I made the left page for a demo, which is actually helping me scrapbook! I LOVE the companion page! The pages are actually 12x12, but due to scanner technicalities, this is what you get. Warms my heart when I see pics like this. :-)

Grandparent's Day

Grandparents Day is such a great idea! The parents and school provide snacks and such for our beloved Grandparents, they enjoy their children's company and tour the classroom.

NFL Experience - Feb 3

Since the Superbowl was in town, we decided to go to the NFL Experience. Only in the hosting Superbowl city do they have this and we had great fun!
